Who we are

The Pawtique SRL (demo) operates this marketplace and is the controller of the personal data described below. This page explains what we store, why, for how long, and the choices you have.

Data we store

Account data: your name, email address, optional phone number and a hashed password (we never store the password itself). Saved delivery addresses. Orders with their items and delivery details. Reviews you write.

For sellers we additionally store the company details submitted during onboarding (company name, CUI, trade register number, legal representative, bank details) and the uploaded verification documents. Password-reset and email-confirmation links are stored only as hashes.

Payments

Card payments happen on the payment page operated by NETOPIA Payments. Your card number is entered there and never touches our servers; we only keep the gateway's transaction reference so we can match payments and issue refunds.

Retention

Account data is kept until you delete your account. Orders and invoices are kept even after deletion because bookkeeping law requires it — your account row is anonymized instead of removed. Seller onboarding documents are removed together with the shop.

Your rights

You can access and correct your data on the account settings page, export it as JSON with “Download my data”, and delete your account with the “Delete account” button (seller accounts with sales must contact support instead).

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).

We only use strictly necessary cookies — see the Cookie Policy for the full list. There are no analytics, advertising or third-party tracking cookies.
